THE DAY OF THE CONSTITUTION.

As a part of the educational work the 1st year students  of the Medical Institute  prepared and held an event dedicated to the 23 anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Different events dedicated to  the Constitution Day are held each year in the Medical Institute and have already become a tradition. The peculiarity of the event, held 12/12/2016 at the walls of the Medical Institute was active involvement of  foreign students that was a new experience for them as well.

The event consisted of two parts:  At the  round -table   conference students got acquainted with the history of the adoption of the  Russian Constitution and its main provisions and discussed the rights and freedoms of  a man and a citizen; the second part of the event was presented by  a quiz between teams of Russian and Indian students. No wonder that Russian students won, but  Indians ran a close second.

But the participation in the quiz was very enjoyable and informative for all students attending the event. The arrangers  provided small competitions for fans, in addition to the main quiz program. I would like to mention great performance of the hosts  and hostesses of the  program: Uzdenova Asya, Bayramukov Albert, Upasoma Govindan Nair and AdershRaj Cherrupurat. The Conference and the quiz were hold both in English and Russian.

 The arrangers  of the event were the Vice -Director of the Medical Institute and Coordinator of  foreign students Shamanova Kh.  Kh.  and assistant professor Botasheva S. K.  The aim of the event was the formation of active citizenship and legal culture of the students, as well as establishment of friendly relations between students, creation of the  sense of tolerance and interest to the history and culture of our country.
